Enduring temperatures as low as minus 35 degrees in this frigid desert expanse, the goats develop a luxurious long-haired undercoat that becomes a natural, heat-insulating barrier against the chill. With a remarkable 11 to 16 micron fineness, this lightweight, incredibly warm fiber boasts exceptional insulation. The cashmere for this Pashmina is meticulously chosen, sourced from only the finest Changthang Grade 'A' goat's fiber.
